Delaware Bar Exam Format
The Delaware Bar Exam is a three-day exam. Day 1 consists of eight essay questions. Day 2 has two 90-minute Multistate Performance Test (MPT) questions. Day 3 is the Multistate Bar Exam (MBE), a 200-question, multiple-choice exam.

Delaware Bar Exam Subjects: Delaware Subjects (MBE Subjects are in bold)
Agency, Corporations, Criminal Law (including Delaware Criminal Code), Equity, Partnerships, Procedure (State & Federal), Trusts, U.C.C., Wills, Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Constitutional Law, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts
MPRE
A scaled score of 85 on the MPRE is required for admission.
Delaware Bar Exam Scoring and Results
MBE and written scores are scaled and weighted 40% and 60%, respectively, then combined to determine if the applicant has achieved the minimum passing score of 145 points out of a possible 200 points.
